Biznefit is business software (orders, stock, customer messages, couriers, accounts and staff) used by shops and other businesses ("businesses"). This page explains what personal data Biznefit ("we", "us") processes, why, and who it is shared with.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Biznefit, that business decides what it records about you and why. We process that data on the business's behalf, only to run the software for it, and we keep each business's data separate from every other business's. If you are a business owner or staff member with a Biznefit login, we are responsible for your account data.

Only to provide the features a business uses: taking and delivering orders, keeping stock and accounts, letting staff read and reply to customer messages and comments from one screen, publishing the posts the business writes, showing its sales and ad results, booking couriers, and running its staff records. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it to show you advertising, and we do not use one business's data for any other business.
A business connects its own Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number, ad account or product catalog through Meta's own login screen, and can disconnect it at any time from Biznefit or from its Meta settings. With that connection we:
We use data received from Meta only for these features, for the business that connected it. We don't sell it, pass it to data brokers or advertisers, or combine it with data from other businesses. Comments are kept for 180 days. When a business disconnects an account, we stop receiving data from it straight away.
Some features use AI models run by Alibaba Cloud (Qwen, through its Model Studio service, processed in Singapore). When a business turns these on, the text or pictures needed for the task are sent there:
The assistant only answers about the business's own orders, products and deliveries. Each of these features is off until the business turns it on, and the business can turn it off at any time.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Each business's data is walled off from every other business's in the database itself, and only signed-in staff of that business can reach it, limited further by the role the business gives each person. Passwords are never stored in readable form, and connection keys for other services are encrypted.
For as long as the business needs it for its work and its legal or accounting duties, or until deletion is requested. Comments from Facebook and Instagram are removed after 180 days. When a business stops using Biznefit, its data is deleted on request. See our Data Deletion page.
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are a customer of a business using Biznefit, you can ask that business directly or contact us and we will help. Biznefit is not meant for children under 13.
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Businesses using Biznefit are told about important changes.
